Counseling Office
Growing up in today's world can be a challenge. All children face typical worries - such as making friends and coping with peer pressure. Some students are forced to deal with divorce, death, poverty, violence, abuse, and bullying. At John Marshall Elementary school I help children cope effectively with both developmental issues and crises. Elementary school years set the tone for developing the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for our children to become healthy, productive life-long learners.
Elementary school counselors can help students:
- Feel good about themselves
